Today I had a consultation with Sarah for hair extensions. I was really nervous about going to my appointment but Sarah was so lovely from start to finish.
Sarah was friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge and made me feel at ease.
I had my hair colour matched and we worked out the best plan for me. I feel like someone has finally listened to me about my hair situation and not judged me.
I also had a coffee made for me while waiting.
I cannot wait to go back and get my hair finally the way I have hoped for so long.

This is my 3rd visit now to Bella Vita after being unhappy in previous place I was in. They have completely filled me with confidence looking after me, listening to what I wanted and making me blonde again. The salon is beautiful, every member of staff is so warm and welcoming (especially Kelly and Katie who have both done my hair now!) and you honestly leave feeling a million dollars. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and already can't wait for next appointment to get added volume and blonde to my hair.
